Dr. Bremner’s Specialized Education and Training
She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in biology at Notre Dame de Namur University and her Doctorate at Life West Chiropractic College. Dr. Bremner continues her education with focused coursework related to her specialty, both attending and leading workshops and symposiums on cervical spine care.
She’s a Team Player
Dr. Bremner loves to travel, hike and explore Colorado’s breathtaking backcountry, but when she laces up it’s usually to play team sports. She played collegiate basketball, earned a blue belt in jiu-jitsu, and in 2015 her Gaelic Football team won the National Championships. She’s also on the roster for the women’s U.S. National Australian Rules Football team.
“Go beyond your expectations”. Those are words she lives by, and her favorite advice to new patients. Past diagnoses can set up psychological barriers, and one thing patients know is that the biggest challenge to improved physical performance is countering the “I can’t” attitude.
“That applies to the pathway to recovery,” says Dr. Bremner. “You’ve got to break through that wall.”
Her Commitment to Mentorship and Outreach
She’s dedicated to giving back to her own community. Dr. Bremner joins humanitarian aid organizations to bring medical services to less fortunate patients in Mexico, El Salvador, and other underserved parts of the world.
Here in the United States, she mentors up-and-coming cervical spine chiropractors and those who want to model their practices after her philosophy of treating the whole patient.
Dr. Bremner’s International Influence
Dr. Bremner’s reputation continues to spread across the world as patients learn more about the connection between cervical spine health and debilitating neurological conditions. In Norway, where researchers are leading the field in migraine and vertigo treatments, she’s earned a reputation as an authoritative specialist. She’s been interviewed for the country’s national news station and newspaper Haugesunds Avis, and regularly sees patients who fly in from Norway, the United Kingdom, and Canada.
Here in the United States, patients come to Boulder not only for Colorado’s beauty and world-renowned outdoor adventure opportunities, but to seek care from one of our country’s most respected and accomplished upper cervical spine chiropractors.
