The making of a doctor:
I attended Parker University in Dallas, Texas, where I earned my Doctorate in Chiropractic and Masters in Functional Nutrition. I specialize in full spine adjusting, trigger point therapy, cupping, nutrition counseling, and chiropractic acupuncture. I utilize a number of techniques in my adjustments including diversified, activator, Thompson drop, and SOT.
While in chiropractic school, I became passionate about women’s health and wellness. Women are 20-30% more likely to be misdiagnosed and often have their problems dismissed by health professionals. I noticed this is especially true with those struggling with autoimmune disease or menstrual problems. I have spent countless hours doing research on and learning how to treat disorders in these categories with chiropractic, nutrition, and supplementation. I hope to be a place where women of all ages can find healing and empowerment in their health and wellness.

I live in Boulder with my long-term boyfriend, Colby. Yes, his name is also Colby… The Colby’s (that's what our friends call us) are passionate about everything health and wellness and can often be found trying the latest trends in wellness, such as doing a three-day fast or fermenting our own vegetables. We also have a Boston terrier that we rescued named Skinny Pig. The three of us love hiking, exploring the outdoors, cooking/begging, and traveling. Together we are excited to make Boulder our new home and look forward to making deep connections and friendships within the community.
